1. Your business or school receives our recruitment form from one of our recruiters or sales staff. This form should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete in person or online and helps us understand your needs. Forget to add something? No problem, at any point, if you want to change or edit your opening, our staff is there to assist you.
2. Once we have received this form, we will begin looking for the candidate that fits your needs. How is this done? Our trained recruiters create a job description that captures what you want for a candidate. We don’t only measure whether a candidate is qualified for your opening but also whether they are a good culture fit.
3. Our candidate search takes through our talent pool, 50+ of the world’s most popular job boards, social media, and our university partners. With the help of Artificial Intelligence, our recruiters can filter hundreds of resumes instantly, allowing them to find candidates that match your opening more efficiently.
4. When we find candidates that closely fit your needs, we ask them for a quick interview to get to know them and double-check that they fit your company’s needs. We also provide them with a basic personality test during this time to help quantify their personality traits.
5. After the first interview, we set up a convenient time for you and the candidate to meet. However, before this meeting occurs, we will provide you with our entire recruitment packet. This packet contains the candidate’s resume with its very own Isoverse A.I QR code. This Artificial Intelligence brings the CV to life by giving real-time information about the candidate recorded in the interview and on their resume. Our recruitment packet also contains the recruiter’s full breakdown of the candidate’s CV and interview and the personality test.
6. Once we match you with a candidate that you are excited to have join your team, our recruitment process is over.
